Design of an active sound control system using broadband Modal FxLMS method in time domain and its implementation for a kitchen hood

This project aims to reduce sound noise of a kitchen hood, using active noise control. Second goal of this project is to design and production of a laboratory system for active sound control to test for different control algorithms. In this project for the first time, a broad band Modal FxLMS algorithm is introduced and implemented in order to reduce the broad band sound noise inside a cavity.
