Acoustic assessment and providing a solution to reduce the sound level in the POY unit

In the noise control project conducted within the yarn production hall at Zagros Yarn Company, the existing acoustic environment was carefully assessed through precise measurements and thorough evaluations. The sources and levels of noise generated during the yarn production processes were identified. Various noise control strategies were modeled and analyzed using ODEON software, enabling different options to be explored and assessed. Practical, cost-effective solutions were formulated to ensure a quieter operational environment without any alterations to the existing production processes. These noise control measures were specifically designed to be budget-friendly and non-disruptive, aligning with the company's requirements.
